Elle’s energy is like a breath of fresh air! Her calm and grounded presence instantly settles me down, even when I arrive late and frantic. During my initial session, she noticed a lot of dense, heavy energy around my right hip. I was shocked because ten years ago, I had an accident, and my hip has never been the same since. I went in for my first session not really knowing what to expect. This was, honestly, a last resort for me.
